Just playing with this picture. I edited it a little differently and loaded it on the blog differently and the colors look so much better. The first pic is the new one.

Bless His Heart!

So W and B both had check-ups yesterday at the doctor's office. They were both so good and B was so brave. He had to get 2 shots in his arm and didn't even cry. I made a big deal about how brave he was and the dr. was so sweet to him. I actually think he had a good time! Crazy, I know! W also had to get a shot and he didn't even cry either. The dr. said there shouldn't be any fever or side effects from the shot, so I didn't give W tylenol. Well, by 4:15 W was curled up in my lap with a fever of 102 degrees! Yikes! We gave him tylenol and he was ready for bed by 6:15. He slept all night long, but woke up with a terrible messy stinky diaper. I'm not sure if all this is a reaction to the shot, or a little bug of some kind. His fever this morning was only 99.1.

Well, this morning W has been so sweet and really good (and calm). And I know it is because he is not feeing great. So I turned the T.V. on thinking he might watch some Sesame Street on the couch and he did. He was glued to it. So I went over to the desk and paid a few bills and suddenly I realized he was still being so good and quiet. I looked over to the couch and he was not there! I thought, great, I bet he is getting into trouble somewhere, so I got up and when I stood up, this is what I found....




Bless his little heart! Doesn't he look so sweet. He has been sleeping there for about 20 minutes and still there as I type this. I guess I'll let him sleep and just get him up in a few minutes when I leave to go pick up B. Bless his heart!

18 Month Check-up

W goes in today for his 18 month check-up, so I thought I would write a list of all the words he is saying (because I know the dr. will ask). So here is what I can think of now...

What a poser!

So I decided to get my camera out today and take some pics of W. He had just gotten out of the bathtub and I was letting him run around and "air out" a little. He has started saying "cheese" when I take pictures, so it is getting easier to take his picture as long as he doesn't put his fingers in his mouth as he says "cheese".

Just look at this muscle man!

Looks so sweet and innocent....ha!

I just love these last two pictures! They may be new favorites of mine!

We got snow!

We actually got a little snow back in January and I'm just getting around to posting these. We got a little dusting by the time it was over with, not enough for a snowman, but just right for a snowball fight! This was W's first snow. Fun times!!!
