Wow...some pictures!

I haven't posted pictures in awhile and have been wanting to get some pictures of W and B around the Christmas tree. I would love to get some with J too, but it seems everytime I think about it, he is at school.

So here are a few from today...

B - isms

You know, B can really come up with some doozies. I have been meaning to post some "B-isms" for awhile now to always remember them. I may need some help, so Mom if you remember other ones, let me know...

1. "cement gum" = mint gum

2. "hot burning flama" = lava

3. "bleshoos" = sneezes or a cold

4. When Evie and Mac were at the house after William was born, I quietly reminded B to play nice and sweet. Soon after, he marched down the stairs and declared, "Aren't you proud of me? I'm being so sweet, you could probably just eat me up!"

5. Another time in the car after I picked him up from school, he said, "Oh mommy, you are gonna need a big 'ole spoon to eat me up today!" Evidently he was proud of how nice he had been!

6. (Giggy, I hope you won't be mad at me for posting this one. I'll leave the details out, but we all remember it!) "Giggy, aren't those supposed to be up there?"

7. "foremember" = remember

8. "mankie" = blankie

Okay, I know there are so many more. But that is all for now. I will add more later!

"Bleshoos"

B: "Mommy , I think I'm catchin a cold. I know cuz I got the bleshoos."

Mommy: "You've got the what?"

B: "Bleshoos"

Mommy: "bleshoos?"

(B suddenly sneezes twice)

Mommy: "Bless you B"

B: "Yeah, those. bleshoos. I've got lots of those so I'm gettin a cold."

Mommy: "Bless you's? Baby, do you mean you have lots of "sneezes"?

B: "Yeah. I've got lots of sneezes, so I'm gettin a cold."

A sight....

Lately, W has been quite a little hand full. I'm not sure what is going on with him, but he has become extremely cranky at home. I don't know if he is not feeling well or is just bored, but I'm ready to see this face smiling and laughing more often. So these pictures were a welcome sight to see today!

Some Halloween... a little late...

I'm just know getting around to downloading my Halloween pictures. I didn't get to take as many as I would have liked, but here are a few... Oh, and the last one is of B's big muscles. Lately he has been really into checking out his muscles and says they are getting bigger each day!

What happened to October???

The month of October is about the fastest month of the year. It seems we have so much going on and it goes by way too fast. Mac's birthday is at the beginning of the month and we went to Brentwood for a quick night to celebrate and to go to Gentry's Farm. Lots of fun, but way too fast!









Then we celebrated B's birthday at Disney World. Again, soooo much fun! We just love Disney and had such a "magical" time. J cried when we got back home and had to go to school. He needed the trip to Disney to relax and have some fun. W was a champ the whole trip and just loved all the characters. He would walk up to them and give them a big love hug and wouldn't let go. When he saw Pooh he started barking at him. It was just too cute and I would have loved to have it on video. B enjoyed his birthday with Mickey, it was the best!


So after a wonderful time at Disney, we celebrated B's birthday again over the weekend. Giggy and Pappy came in town and brought B a new bike! He loved it! Then on Saturday we had a little birthday party at Samford's football game. It was such a neat place for a party and I think the kids enjoyed it.

We picked up B's jersey the other day and he wanted to test it out in some football poses. He wanted me to take some pictures of him in action, which was fine by me! I'm trying to get some pics together to make his birthday invitation... and here is what we got....

2 snakes in 2 days is TOO much!

So Wednesday afternoon we were all outside playing. I was pushing W in the swing and B and J were playing football in the backyard (barefooted). All of a sudden J started screaming, "SNAKE, SNAKE!" I ran up in the yard and there was a snake right there in the grass, just steps away from where the boys were playing. J ran and got our next door neighbor and he killed it. Thankfully. After he killed it, we started looking at it closer and sure enough, it was a rattlesnake! Oh my gosh! What an eventfully afternoon.

On Thursday afternoon, I went outside on the front steps to wait for J to get off the bus. I was sitting on the steps and was actually thinking wouldn't it be something if I saw another snake. Well good grief, a 3 foot long black snake slithered right in front of me across the sidewalk! Can you believe that?!?! TOO MUCH!

No snake on Friday, but Taylor and I walked around the house this afternoon checking the bushes out . I'm afraid I'm going to have nightmares about snakes now.

Anyways, TOTALLY off subject, I played with a few of W's pictures and turned them to black and white....
